I never thought I would actually use that sonic character maker thing, mainly because of the fact that 75% of the people who use it don't even try to sprite the characters they make.

Try only pillow-shading clothes.Doing whole bodies arent good.

Eyes. Bleeding. TOO MUCH SHADING! It looks like a cross between a Sonic character and, because you used so much damn shading, a Final Fantasy character.
